Products sold by CoillWhisper are intended for consumer use only. We are not responsible for any damage to devices, data loss, or personal injury resulting from improper use, modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions included with each product.

4. Refund Policy

We at CoillWhisper want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Mice, Keyboards, or Headphones. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms set forth below.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as headphones that have been used for hygiene reasons, may only be eligible for a refund if they are returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Perishable or digitally downloadable items, if any, are not eligible for refund unless defective.

Refund Request Period: You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your request. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and any items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund. Additionally, products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund after the stated processing period, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the use of our website shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
